Hey hey out there :)

My name is Ruth Maria, I'm 27 years and I am from a smal town in the Austrian alps. I've been traveling the world, as a seasonal worker for a number of years and I've already had the opportunity to experience many different adventures and I'm always looking for new challenges that enable me to meet new people. This allowed me to gain experience in all kinds of areas and I'm always on the lookout for something new to discover.

In any case, I am a very frugal and uncomplicated person. What defends me is, that I am a honest person and I always stay to my word. Im reliable and always on the watchout, to make myself useful. I can be very good with myself and I believe, that this is also the key to why I get along well with everyone around me and with everyone's peculiarities.

Some of my adventures so far:

• Many alpine pastures - cheese making, herding, milking, guest service, kitchen, bar, all-round,...
•Husky farm - Tour guide & kennel helper, sled dog tours, pack with around 85 dogs
•Management of a children's and youth castle/hostel - dealing with chaos, organization, reception, coffee & kiosk, children's program, climbing garden
•Sheep farms - travel shepherd with up to 1000 animals and some herdingdogs
•Shop assistant in the ski area - rental, service, sales, office, sporting goods
•Hostels - housekeeping, cleaning, reception, fun with guests
•Farms - everything to do with farming, agriculture, animal care, production & markets
•Campsite - Craft work next to the beach

I am currently looking for a long-term host, who can offer me an employment contract. I am flexible to whatever arises. I will go, whereever there is work and where I can help😉

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Well, I'm open to everything and would say that I have good common sense and I certainly don't have 2 left hands. I adapt to my environment and am willing to learn for all work. I am not afraid of work or dificult situations because I have seen already a lot. I definitely bring physical fitness with me and I'm used to long hard working days without losing my humor and fun wich I think is most important for a good work climate!

Things that define me: resilient, funny nature, positive attitude to life, flexible, quick learner, independence, perseverance, ability to work in a team (but also I know how to be alone for long time and how to find work myself), keep calm...

I also bring skills in wool processing, such as spinning, felting, weaving and so on.
Or cheese making, vegetable growing, herbal knowledge,... all sorts of work that I grew up with on the family farm.

I really like music. I know how to play the Piano and Guitar. And I started a singing workshop and hope to improve my skills and get better
Im also interested in sports like climbing, cycling, hiking, Snowboaring, and whatever comes to my way.
