Hello everyone! I am Roberto, a 38 yr old italian always looking for new exciting experiences around the world.
I am a sailing and vanlife enthusiast but also passionate about photography, especially with the drone, woodwork, carpentery and any kind of DIY. I love to refit campervans and boats, as well as restoring old items and bring them back to life. Working with hands relax me more than chilling on the sofa! And most of all I love to be in the nature and in remote places.
Cooking (pizza is my favourite) is also one of the most enjoyable activities for me but the list of my hobbies is very long and will surely get longer and longer. I worked as street food cook in Australia during festivals and I loved it!
15yrs ago I did my first workaway in Tasmania and it has been one of the best time of my life so far. After that, the usual working routine did not allow me to experience it again until now that I finally have the free time again!
So now I am looking forward to meet people from all over the world, know their interesting stories, learn from their experinces and join their projects as workawayer!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I am a sailing enthusiast with many miles sailed around Europe and Australia. I love sailboats but happy to be also on a motor boat as I like to go fishing and to be out at sea.
Photography, especially at night and aerials with drone, is one of my main hobbies and sometimes turned into a job. I've also shot events, resorts and factories in the last years.
Coming from a family of carpenters I really love woodworks and any kind of DIY. I like to refit campervans and boats, as well as restoring old items and bring them back to life. I have also some experience as electrician (mostly 12v dc).
I also really enjoying cooking (pizza is my favourite but my menu is various). I worked as cook in Australia and trained after went back home it Italy.
Last but now least I like to teach english at school or privately.

I also often go fishing, hiking, mountainbiking, skiing and play sports in general. Love travelling with my old van around Europe and enjoy untouched nature as much as possible.
I try to learn as many things as possible so I really enjoy to do something I've never done before
