Description

If I were to describe myself using one word, that would be... insightful.

I guess I am at my golden age now, that I turned 31. Still, I realize that I am getting older, and for that reason and others that I am happy to discuss, I decided to give this sabbatical year thing another try - the last one was still too close to the 2020 crisis and had to be cut short after a couple of months.

I grew up in a small town where I studied hard and tried to excel in natural sciences. Life took me to the northmost student city in Romania at first, where I enlisted in becoming a vet, then dragging my butt down Bucharest, the capital city, where I finished that process, aiming at animal welfare and livestock management. Worked for a few years at the vet hospital, then took the role of an apprentice with a countryside doctor; afterwards I tried working in small clinics but it never clicked, so I eventually shelfed that in 2023, when I started working remotely as a software technician. Funny, aye?

I have a weird mind, full of ideas, but it takes some time for them to spring up. I make up for it with a nag for practical skills and a quick wit at learning. This makes me want to explore new things, get the hang of them, understand their meaning and what they can do, before aiming to put them to good use. I compensate with a healthy amount of resilience and doing what needs to be done, just to keep things grounded.

I used to be a party guy, but now I am just a decent companion, enjoying deep talks and intimate moments, though I will not say no to some folk songs around a campfire and a good pint.
You will find me looking for nature, helping things out, climbing trees for no good reason, tinkering with stuff and asking about stuff that does not concern me at all or just mind my own business.
I aim at working my way through to a simpler life, trying to learn things that could not be taught to me up to this point. For that, I will put in both hard and smart work and will try to be there for people that help with my interests.

As for the boring stuff: tall-ish, blonde, blue eyes, big central face with freckles and a really bad habit of not talking clearly in whatever language I am speaking. But that is a love hate relationship for me and I hope it will be for you too. If anything, message me and lets set up a time to talk, so that I offer some proof on that.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

My student years allowed me to obtain the skills needed to practice veterinary medicine and impact the natural world in a good way, especially animal-wise.
I guess I am quite the outdoorsman, easily finding my footing in new places and enjoying what nature has to offer. That said, urban environments also carry on their own feel, especially through the people inhabiting them.
In this regard, I presume people get along with me easily and feel comfortable while spending time together.
