Hi, I'm Ray (Rachel). I live an incredible life and look forward to sharing with others!

Throughout the year of 2025, I will travel where my interests take me. I am landing in New Delhi in April, and will allow myself to receive each moment as it flows through, allowing complete freedom of what happens on this beautiful upcoming adventure.

What am I interested in and what do I have to offer?

Food - I have my own organic farm in Nicaragua, so being with the source of food is important to me. Learning new recipes and cultural foods is always a delicious experience. I am mostly vegan, a few moments in a year I’ll enjoy vegetarian. I am looking for food cultures/families/spaces that give availability to feeling safe to eat without worrying about meat; as I am highly allergic. I have a lot of experience within my own garden and farm to share through a volunteer experience. I also am able to show someone how to cook some delicious meals, and have experience in creating a menu for a restaurant and several vegan wellness retreats.

Marketing - I have a degree in marketing and mass communications, graduated from University in 2008. I worked in marketing in corporate America in the past for many years, and still enjoy aspects of social media and creating content through photography and copywriting. I have an eye for detail, artistic expression and love to create things that are nice to look at online, and in person.

Breathwork, Bodywork, Meditation, Chanting - I am a breathwork and bodywork therapist, and will always remain a student to life and these "subjects." I love to create spaces to allow humans to meet themselves, to feel their past, present and future self in a space of reflection for purposes of healing and growth.

Music - I am in a kirtan band as the vocals in Nicaragua. I wish to expand my musical experience within Indian Classical and Kirtan rhythms. And, I am happy to share the instrument of my voice in spaces where music is desired to be shared.

Textiles - I desire to meet organic farms, sustainable fabrics, plant dyes, and learning more of the entire process, or parts of it from seed to clothing.



2025: I've lived in Nicaragua for over 9 years, and have created an incredible life for myself. I have a home that is filled with many different fruit trees, a delicious garden and beautiful flowers. Inside of my home is my sanctuary, and also is where I hold private therapy sessions. I facilitate many things in my community, from kirtan, womens circle, meditations, cacao gatherings, breathwork, retreats, movements, and gatherings of human hearts. And carrying my "past" life of having a marketing degree and working as a manager in the marketing department, I also help others create marketing pieces, design and build menus, and such.

I share all of this so you have a good idea of what I am able to offer as a guest in your home and/project.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I am a strong woman, hard working, friendly and fun. For the last 3 years, I have been getting my hands dirty with farming of all sorts, building, and I am involved in the co-creation of women circles, red tents, and workshops. I am fluid with my abilities to share, but I am looking to further my knowledge and work with natural building, gardening, textiles, and animals. I have a marketing and communications major and have been in the marketing field professionally for 8 years. Prior to my professional career, I worked in the restaurant, retail and sales industries. I am also a barista, who loves coffee with a fresh dose of honey and cashew milk - yum.

I'm leaving my beloved life in Nicaragua to receive the school of the world for the next 6 to 8 months. I've rented my home, and will take off on April 3rd to land in New Delhi on April 4th. I have many interests that I will seek to receive while traveling India. I am eager to live with a local family to learn the culture and to learn to cook. I look forward to search for sustainable textiles and how they are being processed from seed to clothes. I sing in a kirtan band where I live, and am excited to learn, sing and celebrate in India. I wish to have a voice teacher, and maybe even a music teacher. I am a therapist, so I'd like to learn more about breathwork and meditation. The list doesn't stop here, and I will move in flow with ease and grace, I am listening to my intuition.
