Description
Hello :)!! My name is Pamela, I am from Chile, my native language is Spanish, I am learning English (Elementary level). I arrived in Canada in November 2023, my visa is working holiday for 1 year. During the winter season (December-March) I am working as housekeeping at the Mt. Washington ski resort in Courtenay, living in staff accommodation in the resort area. During April to October 2024 I have another job scheduled in the Jasper area as housekeeping.

So my availability to make an exchange is during my transition time from one job to another :)

Availability: My dates are March 22 - April 3.

- I have experience as a volunteer in the Vipassana Dhamma meditation service in Chile and Hong Kong.
-Workaway experience: In Taiwan 2019 (1 month in total}: cleaning in a hostel, cleaning and gardening in a Buddhist monastery and helper in an organic farm.
- My work experiences in Chile have been:
customer service / technical areas / restaurant and hotel services / automotive insurance / boat and catamaran crew.

My work experiences in Canada have been: working seasonally in a ski resort as housekeeping

The atmosphere of the hostel is pleasant, organized every day relaxing music.
Cleaning tasks were usually performed with another workawayer or staff.
Very good food nearby and very funny and interactive language exchange class.
Enjoyed my timed with friendly people in the staff and guests. :)
