We have two young children and enjoy being with them as they learn about themselves and their world. Any activity they are able to participate in and enjoy.

Description

We are an adventurous family who feel at home spending time outside, fixing up a great meal, or just hanging out with friends. We especially enjoy learning new skills from others.

We are from the Southeastern United States and enjoy hiking, mountains, and being outside in general. We are drawn to explore Alaska because of it's natural landscapes and culture.

Both of us really care about the environment, so it was important to us to stay as long as we could given how far of an airplane trip it is. Caroline enjoys knitting, gardening, and making herbal medicine as hobbies. Noah loves to go on runs, go fishing, and cooking. Our children's interest change daily but they are very fun and curious.

We are new to Workaway but have traveled to other countries together and have loved the experience. We enjoy getting to know others, learn and exchange culture and stories, and contribute to a positive experience.

When we are home, Caroline works for an Environmental non-profit. Noah spends his days building houses or whatever other creations people envision. We look forward to meeting you!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Caroline has professional experience organizing events and fundraising. Caroline also keeps her own garden, makes herbal medicine, and can definitely make you laugh. After ten full time years, Noah has a good understanding of building and carpentry work. In addition to working with his hands, Noah loves to cook and can also wash dishes.
