Hi! I’m Nel :)
I’m 23, from Belgium, and soon to graduate as a clinical psychologist. I love traveling, discovering new cultures, and connecting with people from all walks of life. Creating spaces where everyone feels safe, welcome, and inspired excites me, and I’m curious, open-minded, and ready to dive into new experiences wherever I go!

I’m especially drawn to Workaway because it’s all about exchange: sharing my energy and skills while learning from the stories, daily life, and culture of those I meet. I enjoy exploring cultural events, visiting historical sites, going to the theater, and simply sharing stories over a good meal. I’m social, love meeting new people, and thrive in environments where I can connect, help, and contribute to a positive atmosphere.

I'm fully available throughout 2026 and I’d love to meet you, learn about your culture and project, and contribute in any way — whether teaching, helping with daily tasks, or supporting your project hands-on. I’m excited to connect, share this adventure, and explore the world together!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Through my internship and volunteer work, I’ve gained experience supporting adolescents and children in both therapeutic and recreational settings. I’ve guided activities like gardening, yoga, caring for animals, and therapeutic conversations, and I’ve also organized youth group events and community activities. These experiences taught me patience, creativity, and the joy of helping others grow — both in practical ways and through emotional support.

I’m comfortable with hands-on tasks as well, including cooking, gardening, animal care, and assisting with daily project needs. I enjoy teaching, guiding, and creating inclusive, safe, and joyful environments for everyone.

If you choose to work with me, you can count on a motivated, flexible, and reliable team member who is eager to contribute wherever needed. I’m open to learning new skills, adapting to different situations, and helping out with anything that supports the project’s goals. Fluent in English, I can communicate, teach, and collaborate effectively, bringing energy and positivity to the team.
