Hey!
I'm Nastya, 23 y.o., born in Ukraine, but moved to Portugal 7 years ago.
ABOUT ME
Calm, adventurous, active, optimistic, open-minded, tolerant, hard-working and persistent.
I really like connecting with others, but it's also vital for me to have time for myself, to recharge my batteries.
I enjoy being on nature, meditation, yoga, adventures, dancing, hiking, climbing, extreme sports, reading, running, cycling, photography, videography and especially deep conversations and listening to listen to other people's life stories, conclusions and points of view, since I believe that it helps us to learn and grow.
WHY I'M HERE?
I want to get out of my comfort zone, expand, grow and to heal, myself and others. I want to live life to the fullest, so as not to regret anything when I'm old, have a rich life experience full of adventures, explore this world, face my fears and understand everything and everyone on a deeper level.
WHAT KIND OF VOLUNTEERING I'M LOOKING FOR?
I'm most interested now in everything related to healing - spiritual practices, plants, nutrition, etc. + Farmstay/Sustainability.
Also, at the moment I'm drawn to calm and quiet places, where there is a connection with nature. Therefore - farms, retreats, charity, sustainable projects.
At the same time, I am interested in expanding my comfort zone, so if something unrelated to the above resonates to me, I will definitely go for this adventure :D

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
- When I was 18 y.o. I started taking photos (individual, couples, bachelorette, wedding) in Lisbon (Portugal) and now sometimes still do that.
- I meditate since 15 y.o. and years later I started doing guided meditations for other people. Also, I have a YouTube channel, where I post meditations sometimes:

- From 2021 I practice astrology and numerology.
Also, I worked 1 year as a content moderator and 6 months as a customer support agent.
I have an experience in gardening (until 15 y.o. I lived in the ukrainian village, where I helped my parents and grandparents with gardening and animal care).
+ I've volunteered as a housekeeper in the camping and holiday apartments and as a receptionist in the hostel for last 7 months.
