Hello , I’m Myriam an 18 years old from Belgium who's looking to embark on this journey that workaway is . I do not have a driver license but it's not an issue because I prefer getting around by walking or public transportation and will figure out how to get from one place to another.I'm currently doing volunteering work in Costa Rica working with turtles and the protection of these wonderful animal .I love to learn others languages , I like to art such as drawing I have a preference for realistic animal drawings, watercolorours of landscape and nature and capturing the beauty that lies within our world through photography . I'm an active person who does sports regularly and goes on outdoor activities such as hiking , martial arts and many more ,I listen to music I have a sweet spot for French music such as french hip-hop and rap , alternative r&b and pop music ( I’m always up to discovering new songs). I’m off on a world tour where i'm eager to see and learn from different cultures and traditions that will broaden my understanding of the world and my general knowledge , looking forward to some new adventures and meeting new people, learn some new skills .And that’s a quick description about myself :)

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I’ve just graduated high school with a science diploma , alongside my studies I worked in a bakery for a year where I learned to handle responsibilities and being able to multitask , I'm a flexible and professional employee with a strong work ethic. I'm a hard working individual,once I set my mind on a project I will work towards it until it's completed.

I've done babysitting for the past three years where i've looked after a 4 year old girl, a little baby boy , an 11 year old boy and a 10 year old girl . This has enabled me to gain knowledge and experience with childcare and the feeling of having been part of their journey of learning and discovering their environment.

I keep my place and surroundings clean and organised : I can do simple cleaning tasks to deep cleaning.

I have knowledge in a variety of sports such as swimming, ballet, athletics, kung-fu.

I care for the people around me and take pride in connecting with people and engaging with people from different backgrounds and cultures .

I can speak French and English fluently , I can communicate confidently in both languages , I'm able to have small talks in both Dutch and Spanish, I can understand these languages better than my ability to converse in them .

I like to think that i bring joy and laughter to the people around me :)
