Hello fellow human beings!

I‘m back on the road again to meet new people and impressive projects and to offer a helping hand wherever needed. My name is Andreas, I‘m 38 years old and I already had the chance to meet lovely people and interesting projects in the workaway community in the past. And I am excited what's coming next...

A brief glimpse into my history: I studied Biological and Environmental Engineering, but this was not the way life wanted me. I got really sick and went through some changes in my life. I enjoy to work with mother nature, therefore I got deeper into permaculture and I have experiences in building natural sewage treatment plants. I‘m fascinated with medicinal herbs and how to use them and have studied a lot of western and eastern philosophies, just to get a clue, what is life really about :)

And now, my main topic is to work with people in a therpeutic way. I absolved educations in different therapeutical methods, for example holisitc psychotherapy (mainly body therapy), systemic therapy/family constellations, Body-Intelligence by Karl Grunick, BOWEN-Technique, Singing Bowl Massages and special breathing experiences. These methods were a huge help during my own personal struggle, physically and mentally, and they also showed me how I lost contact to my body and to my inner wisdom. And most important, that I first discover my own inner world, before I want to change or fix anything in the outside!

Finally, with my skills I hope I can support people with their projects and the realisation of their intentions. And as a reward people can help me to witness unforgetable moments, which I can remember, when I am an old man sitting in my rocking chair...

Autres infos...

I love listening to music! I also play the guitar, but I am still an amateur.
I do hiking, biking, swimming, cooking, a bit of mediation, tai chi and yoga. I am looking forward to improve my surfing skills, which are still very basic.

Finally, sitting together with people and have a good laugh or dancing in a club, I enjoy as much as being alone for myself, just watch the sky and listen to the birds.
