Description
Hey, I am Mona, 26 and from Germany.
Currently, I'm living in Madrid as an Erasmus student. I love the city but I'm missing nature and animals and would love to make great experiences somewhere else in Spain. I would also like to get to know more about Spanish culture. In Madrid, I mostly see other international students and therefore don't get to know that much about Spain.
For the easter break around the 1st-9th of April, I'm looking for a farm or other nice place (in Spain).
Some things I already tried:
- In 2016 I worked on a cattle property in Queensland (Australia) for 3,5 months. I did mainly mustering on horseback but also fencing, drafting cattle, cleaning, weeding and some gardening work.
-In 2017 I worked in a hotel in Yungaburra (Australia) for around 5 weeks. I only worked outside and did all the gardening and weeding work. I really enjoyed that! :)

As I'm spending the next few months in Spain I'm interested in improving my Spanish. I'm doing a university course right now but I'm still a beginner.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
I'm an animal lover and can feed, cuddle, walk and take care of them. Also used to handle bigger animals like horses, cows and bulls.
I like all painting, artsy and DIY work. Last year I learned how to crochet and I can teach you in case you are interested.
I love gardening, planting and doing things outside. I've done that a lot so I can help with that.
My dad is currently renovating his old farmhouse in Germany and I help him whenever I can. So I have some very basic carpentry skills. When you can teach me more I would love to help with your project :)
Of course, I'm also able to do some normal housework, cleaning, washing cooking.

I am a calm and friendly person who loves travelling around. I really like animals and have done a three weeks internship on a farm for rescued animals. I love all animals but horses in particular. I had riding lessons since I was ten and really miss doing horseback riding. Due to time and money issues, I haven't been able to do it for years. I am vegan but happy to cook for myself. As long as you have some basic vegetables and grains I'm fine :)
I like reading and doing yoga and I am interested in Art. For the next few months, I would like to improve my Spanish and get to know more of Spains culture :)
