Description
Hi I’m Marine. I come from France, and I love travelling. I have lived many years abroad : in the UK, in Poland, Slovakia, with my previous job in finance/management accounting.
And during the last 4 years, I have quit my job and enjoyed a nomadic life in order to discover other aspects of life and the world. I stayed in Portugal, Ireland, Croatia, Spain, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia, Georgia, Malta, Cyprus..
In 2025, I plan to explore a bit more of Europe, Morocco, and later Latin America/the Caribbean Islands.
I love discovering new places, people, cultures (especially indigenous cultures), nature, architecture styles, interior design, artisanat, and trying new activities.
I love caring for animals and I have had many experiences as a pet-sitter, caring for dogs, cats, horses, chicken and alpacas. I have also travelled and volunteered in many hostels /guesthouses.
In my next travels, I am interested to expand my experience in renovating, decorating (painting), gardening, and volunteering in schools/helping children.
During my free time, I love hiking, swimming, writing, singing and dancing (although I am no expert!), reading, and connecting with my surroundings (nature, animals..). I love socializing but also enjoy and need solo meditative /creative time.
I look forward to meet new hosts and volunteers, discover new environments and bring a helping hand with a smile!
