Hello! We're Marina and Sam from Northern California. We're both so excited about the possibilities of what we can learn from you in this work trade, and are more than willing to help out and work hard for your cause. We both enjoy making art, are passionate about music and dance, and love to learn about the local history and culture of where we're travelling. If you have any stories to tell, we'd love to hear them! We both are interested in someday cultivating a life that implements communal living, natural earth building, permaculture techniques and animal care. We're excited to help!

Marina has helped workaways in the past with farming, gardening, teaching, camp counseling, cooking, childcare, eco building, musical performing, book keeping, mural painting, scheduling and reservations, front desk help, house cleaning, computer work, social media, and animal care. She also has professional experience with many areas of construction, food preparation, customer service, and office and computer work.

Sam has experience in childcare, elderly care, creative managing, teaching, tutoring, food preparation, food service, business management, housekeeping, customer service, front desk work, camp counseling, social media, animal care, mural painting, and gardening. She also has a California Esthetician license, schooling in some arts, and has been trained in energy work.

Marina is very interested in somatic psychology and other mind-body healing modalities. She loves experimenting with different art mediums and playing guitar to sing along to. Swimming, singing, and dancing are her favorite things in life. She would love to learn about any great hikes or swimming spots in your area!

Sam loves everything Esthetician (skincare) related, and practicing energy healing. She loves drawing, and writing. Additionally, Sam loves sports like soccer, volleyball, and wants to learn any and all martial arts. She loves being active.
