Nirman is a really special person, we became friends and he was always available to help in me in every situation. … read more hard, just simple contribute to the well-being of the home and family! Kabir is a very lively and cheerful child kid, you will play basket or cricket with him. Ruchi is an amazing cook, she is very "conscious" about food and it was great for me to discover Indian cuisine.

Francesca is a lovely helpful friend and a great buddy who stayed with us for close to 4 weeks. She is a nice, punctual workawayer who observed house rules and assisted us wherever we needed her to. We anyway do not have strict hours and tasks for workawayers so it was quite relaxed for her. She is a lovely, friendly, clean guest who was willing
… read more to exchange cultures and became a good walking mate of mine for good walks in and around parklands near our house. If you get an opportunity to..please host her! Frr..ihd..rikeuh..is an awesome human being - I cannot describe what an angel 😇 she was when she was at home. She was a friend, Carer and everything else while we went through terrible COVID situation together. My wife was away at that time. She was so loving to Kabir, my son - like a sister he never had! I know that she will be a friend for life

Nirman and Kabir were my family for ten days and it was definitely not enough.
I stayed with them during the Corona epidemic which meant that we had to stay inside for most of the time. Nevertheless, I never felt uncomfortable with this situation. I was treated like a familiy member, even celebrated my birthday with them and a selfmade cake. I
… read more had my own room and enough time for myself whenever I needed it.
The work I had to do was not much at all. It was mostly just helping with the dishes, cleaning, groceries or Kabirs schoolwork since he had to learn from home these days.
Nirman is honest and always very clear about his expectations. He’ll make sure that you feel completely at home, safe and comfortable. I loved our deep conversations while having a cup of Indian Masala Chai – I’m simply not able to imagine a topic you couldn’t talk about with Nirman!
His wife wasn’t there when I stayed with them, however, Nirman and Kabir always talked about her in a loving and appreciative way.
Kabir is a very active and bubbly boy. He‘ll make sure that you learn at least a bit of Cricket and don’t miss the taste of Vegemite bread. It doesn’t take much time at all to create lots of unforgettable inside jokes with him!
I would highly recommend this adorable family to anyone! Staying with them is a wonderful oppotunity for cultural exchange. Most importantly it’s a great chance to gain not only an unforgettable workaway experience but new absolutely amazing friends!

Mahak is a lovely girl with great spirit and an awesome house guest. She knows the spirit of Workaway so always try to assist and help the hosts. We never expected her to formally work but it’s great that she still took a lot of initiative to help with house activities. You will be happy with her stay, I know that. I stayed with Nirman and Kabir for 3 days.
I approached them in the crisis situation due to Covid19 where I wasn't able to find any accommodation at the last minute. I loved the fact the he understood my situation and helped me in every manner possible.
I arrived there a bit late at night for which he had to stay up (thank you so much for that
… read more Nirman) and then made me some tea and had a chat so that I feel comfortable and safe around.
He is well informed about the Australia if you wish to plan your trips and can talk to him about anything and everything. He will always take an initiative to help you out in the best manner possible.
The best part was nothing was forceful. Be is playing with Kabir or cooking, he lets you have your own comfort zone with things. I got a lot of free time to do my own work and learned a lot of things while helping.
Thank you so much Nirman for hosting me and making me feeling like a part of family. I'll miss coconut daal the most and yeah playing cricket with Kabir.

Nirman and Kabir were the first family I stayed with and I couldn't have a better first experience.
They did everything to make me feel comfortable and Nirman was always available if I had something important to talk about or a special wish. He was also always really into finding out whether I completely felt comfortable in the house as well as
… read more talking completely open about expectations. Besides, he is really independent and was able to run the house by his own as his wife was not there in the time I was at their place. Kabir is also really independent and just wants someone to keep him company while he shows his latest cricket and basketball moves. You have no choice, you will adore him!
Furthermore, I think I was able to improve my English as Nirman and his son Kabir both talk a lot and always kept me into constantly talking English.
All in all, I completely enjoyed my time at their house and definitely recommend them! I'm also quite sure that we'll meet again as I really became a part of the family within my 3 weeks.

Sabrina is a cheerful, positive traveller. She understands the spirit of workaway very well and accordingly flexes to make the host and host family comfortable.
