Note: This account was originally created for two people, but we're currently traveling separately and using it as a separate Workawayers.

I'm Maksim, 24 y.o. — just a guy on a journey to better understand who I really am. I'm passionate about sports (as much as possible!), well-being, health, languages, cultures, history, philosophy, and psychology. I try to grow step by step in all of these areas.

Over the past few years, I've traveled through many European countries — mostly by bicycle — and explored parts of South Asia through hitchhiking and volunteering. I love mountains, physical activity, and being surrounded by nature. I'm especially interested in how to protect wild nature and make that effort more meaningful and effective.

I'm working on improving my language, communication, and personal skills, aiming to reach a new level of awareness and connection with the world. Right now, I'm especially drawn to South American countries and I'm excited to learn Spanish to dive deeper into the local culture.

What truly motivates me is gaining valuable experience, expanding my worldview, and sharing what I can along the way. I believe real value comes not only from learning, but also from giving — through helping others, exchanging stories, and discovering more about myself in the process.

I have a wide range of skills because of huge amount of different experiences in life:

Culinary Education: Comprehensive training in culinary arts, with hands-on experience in a variety of cooking techniques and kitchen management.

Some Uni courses in Management: Developed a solid foundation in business administration, strategic planning, and organizational skills through coursework in management studies.

Mechanical Maintenance and Repair: Skilled in hands-on work, particularly in servicing and repairing mechanical systems, like cars and motorcycles.

Physical and Sports Conditioning: Good physical condition with a background in martial arts, cycling, and hiking. Proven ability to maintain high levels of fitness and endurance.

Travel and Cross-Cultural Communication: Extensive travel experience and adept at communicating with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. Highly adaptable and able to build relationships and work effectively in multicultural environments.

Bohdan

Dedicated and hardworking individual with hands-on experience in construction, landscaping, and physical endurance. Passionate about contributing to meaningful projects and working as part of a team.
