Hello! I’m Mao from Japan. I’m 22 years old.
I’m university student in Tokyo and majoring in cultural anthropology.
Now, I'm researching volunteer activities after disasters.
The reason why I try to do Workaway is that I’d like to have an opportunity to stay with people in different culture.
I realy like animals and nature.
I really like exercises as well.
I usually go hiking in the mountains and cycling.
When I was a high school student, I had belonged to Kendo (Japanese budo) team.
Also, I can tell how to make Origami and Shodo (Japanese calligraphy)
I can’t speak English fluently, but I can have a daily conversation.
I’d like to make friends who are from different countries and talk about different cultures.
So, I’m studying English hard.
