Hello! I’m a uni student from Japan, currently spending my holiday in Melbourne for a month. While I enjoy the city, I feel a strong desire to step outside the urban environment and experience more of Australia’s natural beauty—especially through a stay in Tasmania.
My academic background is in social sciences and cultural studies, which has shaped my curiosity about how people live, work, and connect across different contexts. I have previously lived in Singapore and the UK, and I have travelled to many regions in Europe and Asia. One of my most meaningful experiences was a short farm stay with a family in Foglino, Italy, where I joined in their home gardening and learned about the culture of growing and sharing food.
Although I do not yet have much hands-on experience in farming or construction, I am highly motivated to learn. I am adaptable, reliable, and happy to contribute in any way I can. What excites me most is the opportunity to learn about your life, your food culture, and your professional approach, while offering my own energy and curiosity in return.
I look forward to a meaningful exchange where we can learn from each other and create valuable memories together.
