Hi, I am Lisa. I am from Germany and in 2025, I would like to see a lot more of our beautiful exciting world and spend some time abroad! :) I will quit my job very soon and hope to start my journey in April. I am looking forward to getting to know new people, learning about other styles of life, broadening my perspectives on each and everything, and in the end hopefully being a little bit richer in experience than before. Why workaway? Because I love the idea of living with you, the locals, being in a social system, having something to do and getting to know your everyday life.
I am a friendly and curious person, I am "African bucket shower" proofed and starry sky struck, I slept in deserts, I fell of a camels back, I travelled from Istanbul to Munich by bus, I learned a lot about queuing in India, I almost froze to death in an American museum, I love the heat and I love the sauna smell of Central Portugal during summer time, I do love lush greenery, for me, vacation is associated with either ice-cold Coca-Cola or tea that is far too sweet, I do love books, photography and dancing - I am looking forward to meeting you!

I work professionally in the cultural sector and recently organized a football culture festival for the European Football Championship. I have experience in management and communication, but above all I am looking forward to new experiences in the coming year. I am hands-on and a quick learner and am looking forward to manual work, where I can certainly learn some more :)
