Hi, I am Kirsty, I grew up in Devon, UK. I love nature and the environment, I have worked within the environment sector as a forestry intern, a waste and recycling advisor and a support advisor for Natural England. I am a very hands on person and I enjoy doing physical jobs. I am happy getting stuck in with anything really!

I am currently living in a van in and around Aberdeen, Scotland, whilst I am studying Wildlife and Conservation Management at university. The van is pretty much off grid. I am very interested in sustainable living and having a positive impact on the planet.

In my free time I like to go out exploring with my dog, we walk/hike a lot. I also spend time in the gym and playing sports. I am in an adventurous phase, I want to go and explore, experience new things, and just have fun.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have worked in physical jobs and I enjoy being hands on. I have a chainsaw ticket (but no gear), I have worked with handheld machinery like strimmer's, brush cutters etc. I have some experience driving machines like mowers and compact tractors.

I have a good knowledge of plants and growing for food. I also spent 6 months planting trees, so I know a bit about that too.

I am knowledgeable about nature and making gardens or farms more beneficial to nature. I love animals, I grew up on a dairy farm and I am happy to help out working around animals, I had my own horses growing up. I have my own dog and he follows me everywhere.

I pick things up easily and I am happy to give things a go!

I moved to Scotland to explore and travel, I then wanted to expand my knowledge, so last minute I signed up to a uni course. I want to learn more about the outdoors and spend more time outside, I am up to try anything.
I am a very sporty athletic person, I like to do physical activities.

I live in the van with my dog, he follows me everywhere.
