Hi,
I am 29 years old lawyer from Prague, Czech Republic.
I have been travelling for nearly two months in the South America (I have already done Peru and Ecuador) and in these days I am heading to Columbia. Since I am a bit bored of travelling and I have more than a month of travelling ahead of me, I would like to try a volunteering in Columbia.
I am a responsible introvert and shy at the beginning but when I am in a mood, I am able to talk a lot. I love sports, nature, discovering different cultures, and learning new things. My hobbies are hiking (especially in mountains), travelling, running (I used to run 800m and 1500m, but I still go jogging), sports of all sorts (climbing, football, downhill skiing, skialps, glacier touristics), eating :), reading and pubs/beer. As I have mentioned, I have just quit at work and before starting another job I would like to experience adventurous more or less until mid December in the South America (Peru, Ecuador, Columbia). As I have mentioned I love mountains, so my mine main goal the Ands. And concerning other things, I would like to taste local food and experience local cultire. Also, I look forward meeting new people , learning some new things, and practicing my Spanish (which is not fluent, so there is space for improvement).

Also, I spent two semesters studying in Cardiff, Wales. So, I have experienced living abroad. Moreover, I have done Workaway!!! I spent one and half month in Dornie, Scotland working at a household of a local family and also I did three shorts workaways in Japan (check their reviews!).

I have already visited for example Georgia, Bolivia (hiking up to 6k above sea level), Argentina, Chile, Kazachstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan,Tanzania, Israel, Jordan, Marocco, India, Japan, Ukraine, Romania, Albania, Iceland, Slovakia, Turkey, Croatia, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom and lots of other European countries.
I have climbed Mt. Blanc, too,

Soy un recién graduado hombre de 29 años de Praga, República Checa. Estoy viajando por dos meses en America Sur (ya he hecho Peru y Ecuador). Tengo más de un mes antes de mí a estoy aburrido de viajar y por eso estoy buscando trabajo voluntario en Columbia.
Soy un introvertido responsable y tímido al principio, pero cuando estoy de humor, puedo hablar mucho. Me encanta la actividad física, la naturaleza, descubrir diferentes culturas y aprender cosas nuevas. Mis hobbies son el senderismo (sobre todo en la montaña), viajar, correr (yo corría 800m y 1500m, pero sigo haciendo jogging), deportes de todo tipo (ciclismo, fútbol, ​​esquí alpino, skialps, turismo glaciar, escalar), comer :) , lectura y pubs/cerveza. Recién, me terminado en trabajo y antes de comenzar un trabajo nuevo me gustaría experimentar más o menos tres semanas de trabajo voluntario en Columbia. Espero experimentar la naturaleza local (especialmente las montañas y colinas), aprender cosas nuevas y practicar mi español (que no es muy fluido y hay mucho espacio para mejorar).

También pasé dos semestres estudiando en Cardiff, Gales. Entonces, he experimentado vivir en el extranjero. Además, ya he hecho Workaway!!! Pasé un mes y medio en Dornie, Escocia, trabajando en el hogar de una familia local y también hize tres workaways cortos en Japón (¡mira sus reseña!).

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Concerning my skills I worked at an outdoor shop for nearly two years and a couple of months at fast food. I was organising track and fields events several times, too. So, I am not afraid communicating and cooperatinng with people.
During my first Workaway experience I was doing digging, concreting, gardening, scraping and painting on the boats, cleaning the engine room, fencing etc. Check the host review! :)
I have also some experience with painting a family flat and I can cook basic meals. I was helping with rebuilding of a family house (carrying heavy things, assembling Ikea furniture :D and other auxiliary work) and I am fine with farm work. I used to spend lots of time during my childhood at a family cottage in the country so I quite know how a farm works and I do not mind dirty work. In recent time I have been gardening at my uncle's house near Prague (spading garden beds, digging holes for new trees etc.). Also I sometimes take care of my small cousin. ;)
Moreover, I can deal with some administrative work as well.


En cuanto a mis habilidades, trabajé en una tienda al aire libre durante (outdoor) casi dos años y un par de meses en comida rápida. Yo también estaba organizando eventos de atletismo varias veces. Entonces, no tengo miedo de comunicarme y cooperar con la gente.
Durante mi primera experiencia en Workaway, estaba cavando, hormigonando, cuidando el jardín, raspando y pintando los barcos, limpiando la sala de máquinas, cercando, etc. ¡Mira la reseña del anfitrión! :)
También tengo algo de experiencia pintando un piso familiar y puedo cocinar comidas básicas. Estaba ayudando en la reconstrucción de una casa familiar (cargando cosas pesadas, montando muebles de Ikea :D y otros trabajos auxiliares) y estoy bien con el trabajo agrícola. Solía pasar mucho tiempo durante mi infancia en una casa de campo familiar, por lo que sé muy bien cómo funciona una granja y no me importa el trabajo sucio. Recientemente he estado trabajando en el jardín en la casa de mi tío cerca de Praga (removiendo camas de jardín, cavando hoyos para nuevos árboles, etc.). También a veces tengo cuidado de mi pequeño primo. ;)
Además, puedo ocuparme de algún trabajo administrativo.
