Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Before studying agricultural science, I completed an agricultural apprenticeship. I spent the first of my two years of training on an organic dairy farm with crop farming in southern germany. Not only did I get an insight into animal husbandry (dairy cows, pigs...), but I also got to know the machines. I was involved from sowing to harvesting. The farm with also has its own production with an on-site farm shop. Therefore, I was given the chance to be involved in the processing and sale of the products.
I spent the second year at the federal research Center for Organic Agriculture in nothern germany. There I got the change to broaden my view on animal husbandry and farming. I also love to cook and I'm used to preparing food for many people.
