Description

Hi, I’m Jockum! I’m an adventurous and sociable person who lives for being outside — right now I’m bikepacking the entire length of Norway! When I’m not on my bike, you’ll find me sailing, hiking, or exploring wherever I am.

I’m passionate about food in every sense — growing it, cooking it, and understanding where it comes from. I love the idea of circular food systems and getting my hands dirty in a garden. I’m equally happy cooking a meal over an open fire as I am experimenting in a proper kitchen.
I’m always eager to learn new things and connect with people, and I bring a lot of energy and curiosity to whatever I do. I speak French, Spanish, English, and Dutch, so communication is rarely a problem!

Looking forward to exchanging skills, sharing meals, and making the most of every experience.

Cooking — I love cooking, whether that’s over an open fire, in a camp kitchen or at home. I’m interested in where food comes from, growing it yourself, and making the most of seasonal and local ingredients.

Gardening — I enjoy working in the garden and I’m genuinely curious about sustainable and circular ways of growing food.

Construction — I’ve done my share of practical building and repair work and I’m comfortable getting stuck into most projects.

Painting — Experienced with both interior and exterior painting.

Sailing — I’ve been sailing my whole life and feel at home on the water
