Description

Hi, I’m Jannik, 21 years old, and I’m studying at a German university to become a teacher.

I love communicating and consider myself a very social person. Thanks to my experiences during a social year and several internships, I discovered my passion for working with children. I also really enjoy being around animals, as my family has had pets since I was born, including cats, fish, and a dog.
In my free time, I love spending time outdoors, enjoying the beauty of nature, cycling, and swimming. On the other hand, I also enjoy relaxing at home, reading books, listening to music, taking care of the household and playing board games and video games.
I’m also a big fan of watching and playing table tennis, darts, and billiards.

-Even though I can read, speak and understand English, I would love to improve that during my stay, as I haven't had many opportunities apart from school or university to train it. -It's absolutely not mandatory, but if there was a language I'd be interested in learning, it would be Portuguese (Brazilian). -I want to communicate in English throughout my whole stay. However, if you'd be interested in German, I could help you :)

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

-I’m great with children due to my studies in education, a voluntary social year, and various internships where I worked closely with kids.
-I have experience with animals because of growingup in a household with pets like cats, fish and a dog. Going for walks with dogs, feeding dogs, cats and fish, playing and cuddling with cats and dogs are all things I can do well and love to do.
-I have experiences in household tasks.
-I am optimistic and always ready to face new challenges. I am a quick learner.

Autres infos...

-As mentioned earlier, I absolutely love playing board games and also love learning how to play new ones I haven't known before.
-I love reading thrillers and horror books (Sebastian Fitzek, Stephen King,...) -> I haven't read much in English so far, but would love to change that. A couple of weeks ago, I've started reading Manga for the first time ("Death Note") and am really enjoying it. I'd love to get some recommendations.
-I like cycling, swimming, going for walks and spending time outdoors, playing and watching Darts, Table-Tennis and Billiards. Watching Soccer, Tennis and Ice Hockey is also something I enjoy doing.
-One of my biggest hobbies is playing and talking about Escape-Rooms, as I work as a Gamemaster in a German Escape-Room.
