We’re Bella and Nick, a couple from New Zealand with a passion for sustainable living, animals, creativity, and adventure. Currently traveling through Southeast Asia and Europe, we’re combining our love for nature, food, and storytelling by volunteering on farms, homesteads, and eco-projects along the way.
About Bella:
I’m a professional photographer with a background in creative advertising, specialising in capturing authentic moments through photography and film. I love working with people, telling visual stories, and bringing creative ideas to life. Whether it’s documenting farm life, looking after animals, producing content for eco-projects, or lending a hand in the garden, I enjoy combining creativity with hands-on work.
About Nick:
Nick has a background in forestry and hands-on experience working with food forests in New Zealand. He’s passionate about sustainable land management, enjoys gardening, and loves learning about different ecological systems. He’s always ready to help out with farm work, maintenance, and anything outdoors.
Together, we’re keen to learn new skills, meet like-minded people, care for animals - especially dogs and contribute wherever we can—whether it’s tending to gardens, cooking, or creating visual content to support sustainable projects. We value meaningful connections, hard work, and a simple, grounded way of living.
We’re currently looking for opportunities to help out, learn, and share our skills while travelling. If you have a project where we can contribute, we’d love to hear from you!

We both love spending time outdoors, whether it’s hiking, cycling, or exploring new landscapes. Nick enjoys learning about permaculture, foraging, and experimenting with sustainable growing techniques, while Bella is passionate about photography, film, and capturing the beauty of everyday life. We both love cooking, especially with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, and enjoy discovering traditional recipes wherever we travel. When we’re not working on creative projects or getting our hands dirty in the garden, we love meeting new people, sharing stories, and learning new skills along the way.
