We want to escape the boring, dark and cold winter in Germany and besides our own work help other people and have an experience of a lifetime.

Description

Paul and I (Henrike) come from very small villages in Germany. We both grew up on small farms with lots of animals and gardening.

We've been together for 7 years now and love to experience new adventures. Probably because we both couldn't travel much as children, we love traveling even more today.

For 3 years we had a self-made van with which we traveled all over Europe. Now we have registered our house on a house exchange platform, where we regularly exchange our houses with other users.

What we have in common is that we both love children and animals. We are the children's entertainers at every family celebration. :) In addition, we both don't shy away from work and lend a hand with everything. Whatever we do, we always do it properly and ambitiously.


More about Henrike:
I grew up on a farm with horses, cows, dogs and a large orchard. So I learned early on to work hard and to help diligently. As a trained businesswoman for marketing and communication, I became self-employed in 2018. Since then I've been working on the go as a freelance graphic designer. Together with Paul I have realized my dream of owning a small house with a vegetable garden and a small flock of sheep. My hobbies are horseback riding, ornithology, baking and cooking. Now I want to explore the world, meet new people and improve my English. And at the same time make great experiences for life.


More about Paul:
I grew up on a small farm with dogs, cats and sheep. As a kid I loved cars and tools. That's why I'm also a trained automotive mechatronics technician. 2 years ago I wanted to continue my education and since then I've been studying civil engineering as a distance learning course. I also work in an engineering office as an assistant to earn some money. My hobbies are Architektur, fitness training, motorcycling and fishing. I really want to improve my English and experience something great that I will never forget.
