I am a professional chef based in Copenhagen, with roots on the beautiful island of Sylt. Growing up surrounded by the sea, golden grass fields, and endless skies, I developed a deep connection to nature, which continues to inspire my cooking today. My culinary philosophy is built around sustainability, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients to create wholesome and innovative dishes that celebrate the natural world.

In Copenhagen, a city renowned for its vibrant food scene, I’ve refined my skills and embraced new culinary techniques, blending traditional and modern approaches. From crafting unique flavor combinations to catering to diverse dietary needs, I strive to offer unforgettable dining experiences.

Traveling and learning from cuisines around the globe fuel my passion as a chef. Each dish tells a story, and I aim to bring those stories to life on the plate while prioritizing sustainability and respect for the environment.

For me, cooking is more than a profession—it’s a way to connect people, make a difference, and truly live life to its fullest potential.

First of all, they worked it out to come a week earlier than arranged because my husband had to be in hospital and I needed help desperately. Henrik is one of the best volunteers i had until now, he does the work with pleasure and is complete independant, dont nedd to tell him twice what most be done. In our place he did his job and even more. He has also a very nice smille, sincere and calm.Was really a pleasure to have him with us and we really apreciate his big help. We miss him.
