Hello, I’m Helena. Nice to meet you!🪷
I’m a young girl (20 years) from Italy.
This is our first virtual interaction so I’m going to introduce myself.
My three “C” are creative, curios and cheerful. I like to see things under a positive aspect.
Some of the most important things for me are: respecting others (people and animals), enjoying myself for what I really am and knowing new people to share beautiful and interesting things.
I’m an hardworking person and I never back down when someone needs help or assistance.
I like to be involved in things that I love, like books, painting, yoga and running.
I’m currently studying law and I’m interested about human rights and international law. It’s important for me to learn as much as possible about new cultures and languages. I’m very open minded and adventurous!
The countries where I travelled are: Thailand (6 months)🇹🇭, Netherlands🇳🇱,Spain 🇪🇸,Albania 🇦🇱, Belgium 🇧🇪, Hungary 🇭🇺, Austria 🇦🇹 and Czech Republic 🇨🇿.
I hope to visit many more of them!❤️🌍🌈

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I think I have great organizational skills, I live alone and this has helped me to manage the house and my time efficiently. I’m experienced with household chores and cooking. My friends tell me that I’m quite good at, so I trust them😂.
I can cook Italian main dishes and if you like how I cook I will have no problem revealing all my secrets🤗.
I’m vegan and I enjoy creating new recipes🌱.

In high school I studied psychology, pedagogy and sociology, this led me to consolidate my social skills. I’m a great empathetic listener. I have no difficulty in communication, on the contrary I love knowing new people and getting in touch with them.
I also have a good relationship with children, my aunts usually leave their children with me, and they always come home cheerful and calm🌸.

I have a good background in sports, particularly in gymnastics and dance, and I understand the importance of good nutrition.
Nowadays I practice yoga, general workout and running, I can help to understand the body needs and feel better about ourselves🍎.

I’m currently studying law, I’m in the second year and I’m really interested about human rights. I love people and animals, and I want them to have all the rights that they should have. I believe in helping each other and supporting new realities.
Some of mine extracurricular activities are projects about gender equality, social inclusion and planet respect 🌈🌍🪷.

I speak fluent Italian (my native language) and English, which I studied previously in school and later “on the field”, going to Thailand for an abroad semester (I was in a bilingual school).
I’m a beginner in French language, I’m studying it and I really want to improve it🗣️.

I’m also super comfortable around animals, I have a cat and I can help with it 🐕🐈. Around the years I also had different friends, such as fishes and turtles.

I’ve had some experience in a few different fields, so I can handle various tasks, but I’m still willing to learn more. I enjoy new challenges!!❤️
