Description
Hii there,
I'm Heidi.
I am 20 years old and right now I'm studying learning and trainings psychology (a special form of psychology) and educational science.
After I graduated from high school I decided to take a Gap year to see and experience more of this beautiful world.
So, after 2 months of volunteering as an English teacher in Northern Thailand, I fell in love with working abroad, experiencing a completely new culture and meeting so many wonderful people. So, I can't help but to continue to make great memories and new connections, whenever I am free of my studies.
I would probably describe myself as enthusiastic and easy going, with a great interest in different languages, psychology, animals and always searching for new opportunities to be creative.
It's important to me to learn and gain experience in a wide variety of fields, so that I can grow personally and be helpful to anyone who might need an extra hand.
I am eager to offer my skills to help with my positive and open nature.
I am excited to hear back from you all. :)Centres d’intérêt

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
After I Graduated I did a voluntary service abroad for 2 months. I lived in Northern Thailand with a hostfamily and worked as a English teacher in a primary school as well as in a high school. I'm able to adapt easily to new situations and get along well in a new Team.
I also did an Internship where we did Outdoor activities with groups of children or teenagers, where we focused on experimental education (learning by doing, reflection). I always loved to work with children since taking care of my own little brother.
I genuinely love to work with animals.
I grew up with a dog. Later on we got guinea pigs and a hamster. Now we still have a dog which is part of our family.
I once did an Internship in the Zoo Berlin for a few weeks, where I worked with deer's, kangaroos, bisons, lamas and alpacas.
I do have a few experiences with working outside. My family owns a big garden and there's always a lot to do. Whether it is planting new vegetables, trees, cleaning out the shed, digging up the soil on the field or the harvesting.
Through I might still be young and not have a ton of experience to offer, I do have the eagerness to try new things.
I want to learn, see different approaches and challenge myself, while still having fun.Âge

Autres infos...
I would never say no to a board game, an adventure trip, a walk through nature with good talking or just relaxing together.
I enjoy cooking and trying out new recipes from different countries. Since I was little my grandmother used to show me her best baking recipes and due to several more years of trying out and experimenting, I am now pretty decent at baking.
I love to write to put my thoughts in words, be creative whether it is makramee, crocheting or a little drawing. Another thing I enjoy is trying out new sports but slowly I find myself always going back to some kind of martial arts.Informations complémentaires
