I'm Giorgia and I'm 19. I decided I wanted to try and be a volunteer for a few reasons. One of them is because I've always felt the need to be helpful to others, and I feel like being a volunteer is the best way to do it. I also need to choose what to do after i graduate high school, and not being sure yet on what i want for my future I decided to see if this is the right path for me. Another reason is because I've always been pretty shy, and this led me to close myself off and preclude many experiences, so having an experience like this, far from home and with new people could help me become a better version of myself. I would also like to improve my english and this seems like the right environment to start from.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I speak two languages, my native language, Italian, and I'm quite fluent in English. I took a Cambridge course a few years ago where I achieved a B1 level, but today I think I am a B2 level. I just graduated from high school in human sciences and I have always liked learning. I've always had cats and dogs (at the moment I have three cats) so I am comfortable with animals, I like them all in general. I like nature and especially swimming. I really like children and I am happy to interact with them.
