Hi !
I am 31 years old, I am a carpenter, hostel owner in my little village on the North Shore of Quebec, Canada.
I wanted to travel again after a few years of settling down and realised, seeing landscape was never the only thing I am looking for in travels. I need a community, I want to meet people and learn the language over very common settings.
I am a shy singer and guitar player,
I love sports, volley ball mostly
I followed an adventure guide course a while ago.
I renovated my house/hostel with my friend and then decided to follow a carpenter course last year as I really liked it.

We enjoyed Fiona´s company and help a lot. She is a very nice, polite, responsible and charming person. She helped us in the house chores, painted several signs for the house and was taking care of the house.

Fiona was our first workawayer, and we have been totally spoiled! :) She was supposed to stay only two weeks and after 1 week we all decided she should stay forever!! :) unfortunatly we couldnt do that, so she stayed 3 months :) she is fantastic with my daughter, so much fun, somehow she seems to have more energy than a 2 year old!! I enjoyed the time with short-time flatmate Fiona, she is absolutely cool and I most enjoyed our sing songs in the evening, yeah, she is a great singer! She helped me during my difficult time with writing essays, I am not used to doing it so it takes ages and a lot of determinism, which she provided for me, thank you!

Hello!
Katharina was really good host. She brought me to her daily life, meeting friends, impro, music and I even went to school! I felt like home!
She is also a great cook.
When it came up to help her with her french, it was nice but I think she is allready very good.
Don't change Katha, keep being so involved and curious about everything!

Hi to the whole family !
I had a good time with you. I Got to learn German and laugh a lot with Oma and Opa around a really good typical meal from Germany. I got closer to horses just to be with them daily. I got a lot of advice as to where to go. I felt appreciated and usefull.
