Hello!!
We are Alessia and Demetrio, two young Italians from different regions of Italy, we are united by curiosity, creativity and a love for people, nature and new experiences.
Alessia: I come from a small Alpine town of Valtellina in Northern Italy.
I’ve grown up surrounded by mountains and nature.
I’m very creative and hands-on, I enjoy painting, sculpting, playing music and various manual projects. I’m friendly, positive, reliable and I love sharing with others.
Demetrio: I’m from Puglia a country in the southeast of Italy and I’m very connected with my roots.
I’m sociable, hardworking, tidy and I loves animals (I have 6 dogs and 1 cat).
I have a strong background in hospitality and also experience with gardening and traditional family practices like olive harvesting, olive oil production and making tomato sauce.
I grew up surrounded by art, photography, music, wine and agriculture, which shaped my versatile and curious personality.
Together, we share a strong sense of community and a willingness to contribute wherever needed.
From housework and gardening to caring for animals or children, we enjoy helping with daily tasks and taking initiative.
We are organized, adaptable, and open to learning new skills, we’re always approaching challenges with positivity and a spirit of teamwork.
We also enjoy sharing creativity and cultural experiences: cooking Italian meals, practicing arts and music or simply creating fun, meaningful moments together.
Spending time in nature, walking and practicing mindfulness are activities that help us stay balanced and energized.
We see every new experience as an opportunity to grow, contribute and connect with others. We approach each opportunity with enthusiasm, responsibility and curiosity.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

We are a motivated and reliable team with a strong sense of community and connection with others.
About our school journey:
Demetrio graduated at economy high school, where he learned about finance, amministration and marketing.
Alessia graduated at Art high school where she learned about art techniques, history and philosophy.
We both have a defined cultural base aknowledge.
Our background in hospitality helped us develop empathy, adaptability and excellent interpersonal skills, allowing us to communicate easily and create a positive atmosphere wherever we go.
In the past we separately had a few working experiences as waiter, restaurant manager, wine expert (Demetrio) and receptionist, resort animator, phone company seller (Alessia).
We met in the United States during a cultural exchange program at Disney, where we both were working as server in a fine dining Italian restaurant sharing our culture to the guests, an experience that strengthened our independence, teamwork and openness to different cultures.
Since then, sharing culture has become something meaningful to us we love preparing traditional Italian meals together to creating small moments of connection through food, creativity and conversation.
Responsibility and practicality define the way we approach daily tasks.
We are organized, clean and attentive, we are happy to help with any housework, grocery shopping, gardening, small maintenance tasks or any hands-on project.
We adapt quickly and enjoy taking initiative when needed.
We are both caring and attentive individuals. Taking care of animals feels natural and spending time with children is something we truly enjoy encouraging creativity through art (drawing, painting, modeling) and music (we both love playing the piano, Demetrio also plays the guitar while Alessia plays flute too) while ensuring a safe, supportive and fun environment.
We see every new experience as an opportunity to grow, contribute and learn.
We approach each challenge with positivity and commitment.
