Description

I am Daan van Bergen, and I live in the center of Amsterdam. I love being creative! I am a freelancer and have been producing videos for 20 years (videologic). Additionally, I train people in creating impactful and authentic videos using their smartphones (and even wrote a book about it). Recently, I have also started giving workshops on AI and video.

I enjoy being involved in local initiatives; I love Amsterdam. I often visit the theater and am also a stand-up comedian myself. I value collaborations that truly make an impact and foster connections

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Video: I love creating videos that tell a story and truly connect with people, whether it's capturing a moment or sharing a bigger vision. I like to share my knowledge and help you with engaging video.

Storytelling: For me, storytelling is about making ideas come alive—sharing something real, something that resonates, and sparks curiosity. Authentic;-)

Smartphone Filming: Your phone is a powerful tool, and I enjoy showing how to use it creatively to make videos that look polished and professional. I wrote a book about this (in Dutch) and give many (online) workshops about this.

AI and Video: Exploring AI in video is exciting—it’s about blending technology with creativity to y open up new ways of telling stories. This a bout the future. What ar the pportunities and threats.

Give workshops about this and have assembled a lot of AI tools for demonstration.
Improv Theatre: Improv is where magic happens. It’s about being in the moment, finding joy in the unexpected, and connecting with others. I did for many years and teach this a few time a year.

Standup Comedian : 1-2 a month you can find me as Standup Comedian on the stage;-)

Working with Your Hands: There’s something grounding and fulfilling about creating with your hands—it’s where ideas become tangible. I do a lot or projects in my own house and renovated my own bathroom.
