I've bought, renovated, and rented out multiple houses, largely on my own, most of which I still own.
TESL certified, though it's been a long time since I got that cert.

Certified yoga teacher, been doing yoga and meditation since 1995 and 1997, respectively.
Lots of experience doing gardening, landscaping, property maintenance.

Professional musician, been playing drums for 40 years, played professionally for 15 years travelling the world on cruise ships.

Retired early, currently working very part-time remotely as a Technical Advisor/Mentor to apprentice electricians in Canada, so reliable 'net access is a must.

LOVE SCUBA diving - cavern, open water
LOVE learning new things, spend a lot of time reading, researching, listening to audiobooks, etc.
LOVE music - playing it, listening to it, seeing live shows.
LOVE yoga and meditation, been doing both daily for many years, teach both as well.

I spent four weeks on the farm, a very peaceful, relaxing sanctuary away from civilization, such as it is. Did different things here, repaired a fence on day one, installed an electric fence, plus picked coffee, herded, housed and fed the sheep and chickens a couple times each week as well.

Spent 7 weeks here, very peaceful, surrounded by nature and the animals on the farm – chickens, ducks, cows, cats, dog, fish, etc, a sanctuary away from civilization, such as it is… 2 small pueblos are walkable from here, about 3 hours from Quito, and 4 from Otavalo by bus.
