Hello :)

I'm Bob, 29, from the Netherlands, and I'm Thurgga, 24, Srilankan-Canadian.

We joined this website for the opportunity to meet cool and like-minded people, see the world, and hopefully make the world a little bit better while doing it!

We are also looking to live a nomadic lifestyle next year, after we both finish our studies: Bob in Data Management and Strategy, and Thurgga in socially engaged art. This summer is to give us a taste of our dream life in a year.

I [Bob] have 5 years of experience in the service industry as a bartender, and I now work in tech support. I am a social butterfly who loves camping, woodworking, bouldering, gaming, and rapping.

I [Thurgga] have experience working with children in camp and art teaching programmes. I am into bouldering, camping, poetry writing, painting, photography, and collaging.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I can do pretty much everything a restaurant needs, I have experience with running the orders, waiting tables, managing the bar and all around making sure the customers have a great time. I can do small handy work/woodwork and know my way around tools, personally designed and made a shower and fencing made from bamboo in jamaica and was often the guy asked to fix stuff at my restaurant job. I'm very computer savy too and have decent video editing skills, skills I learned during my volunteering work as a social media manager for an organisation that cleans plastic from the beach. I also love animals and am not afraid to get my hands dirty when working with them.
