Hello!

My name is Benoît, and I'm a freelance developer and co-founder, with a graphic designer friend, of a small communication agency based in Brittany ( France). Before transitioning to tech, I worked as a journalist for 7 years, writing for environmental magazines — an experience that shaped my values and my approach to meaningful work.

I work remotely, which gives me the freedom to travel while staying productive.

I joined Workaway to experience the world authentically — not just as a tourist, but by immersing myself in local communities, learning from different cultures, and contributing meaningfully wherever I go.

I'm looking for long stays (1-3 months or more) to really integrate into your project and community, build lasting relationships, and make a meaningful contribution.

What I can offer:

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

As a developer, I can help with IT and digital projects whenever needed.
At the same time, I really enjoy manual work as a refreshing change from my daily routine. I grew up in the countryside, where I learned early on to help with gardening, chopping wood, taking care of animals, and even joining in on building and renovation projects.
I’m always happy to learn new skills and get involved wherever an extra hand is needed.
