Description

Hey there! I’m a 26-year-old from Australia who loves exploring new places, meeting great people, and getting fully involved with whatever life throws my way. I’ve spent the last few years teaching, working as a dorm master for a boys boarding school, working in the film industry and volunteering in India—so I’m no stranger to lively, ever-changing environments (or the occasional bit of chaos!).

I really love the arts and would probably say I enjoy music and theatre the most—I play piano, a little guitar, and sing!) I have a background in film/video as that is what I originally studied so If anyone wants help with shooting videos/editing/photography for your farm/business/personal I'm fully prepared to do that and I do have a portfolio if you want to check that out.
I also love cooking, walking, going into nature and swimming. Get prepared for the Budgie Smugglers to come out, (an Australian term for swimming briefs/speedos).

I also love growing food and gardening and am super eager to learn more about sustainable farming as one day I would love to start my own off grid boarding school. The skills you teach me will be passed onto many future generations! I'm very physically fit aswell.

In 2024, I was a full-time volunteer in South India and I’ll be heading back to Tamil Nadu this year first in July, then back in Australia in October-December before I head back to India sometime early 2026. Until then, I’m open to all sorts of adventures—short stays, longer stays, busy homes, quiet retreats—I enjoy diversity in my life and want to experience a range of situations ! Ideally, I’d love a private room so I can stick to my early-morning practices, but beyond that, I’m super flexible.
I want to travel the world and give back to these amazing hosts while offering what skills I have.

I am currently running a very small online business where I have a few students I'm coaching and tutoring during their HSC (last year of school) studies. It only takes up around 3-4 hours a week of my time and my schedule is flexible, but it's enjoyable for me and helps me keep a little bit of financial income during all the travelling.

I’m vegetarian and eat simply I'm not overly fussy—happy to cook for myself or share meals with you. Although I'm very used to cooking myself and would prefer an arrangement where I provide and and cook my own food for around 15 hours a week of work.

Despite my slightly alternative lifestyle I am very presentable, professional, mature and responsible. I have a degree and a NSW WWCC which means I am licensed to work with children in the classroom or at home. I have a full Australian drivers license.

I would love to learn a new language, Side note I'm very good at accents and I often get told I sound like a local once I learn a few words XD (some of the time, some accents I obviously cant do). I'm excellent at English and would be happy to teach you English if you're wanting to improve.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Most hosts are just looking for someone who can get involved with what needs doing and do it in an enthusiastic and positive way. Whether that is weeding, cleaning, painting, or taking care of kids/animals, I'm more than happy to help! However If your curious I do have a few special skills that may or may not be useful for you, I thought I would anyway include them in my profile.


- Film and Videography -
I've worked professionally as a videographer and done a lot of personal projects, here is a link to my portfolio. This includes writing, editing, presenting and other skills associated, in my portfolio there are a number of videos of me starring in the films.

-Education-
I have worked as a teacher here at home in Australia, the main subjects I can do at a higher level are Film/TV, Visual Art, Drama and English however I could also stretch out and offer some categories of sciences like Physics.


- Performing Arts and Theatre , Sing, Play Piano and Guitar.-
I have done over a dozen musicals and plays, whether you need help for a community/school project for a show or you have kids at home (or you're a big kid yourself) and love a bit of entertainment this is certainly a skill of mine.

Autres infos...

One more thing about me is I wake up early and have yogic practices I do everyday without fail, I would prefer a private space. I'm happy to start work early (6am onwards) if needed that is no problem. I have a few other things I may do during the day if there is time but its mostly in the morning and sometimes evenings especially we if work early.
