Description

My name is Sebastian, I am 34 years old and originally from the Black Forest in Germany. At the moment my main focus is creating my documentary film “LET IT GO & GROW”, a very personal project that tells my own journey of transformation and the challenges I’ve faced along the way.

Besides filmmaking, I am deeply engaged in men’s work, where I create spaces for honesty, growth, and authentic connection. Photography is another passion of mine – I offer it professionally and enjoy capturing people and moments in an authentic and creative way. Last year I created a men’s calendar with deep and transformative stories, and this year I am working on the “Women’s Heart Calendar”, featuring 12 inspiring women and their journeys.

I live a vegan and drug-free lifestyle, and a mindful way of being is very important to me. I love spending time in nature – cycling, hiking, swimming, or simply being outdoors. Cooking together and sharing nourishing meals is also something I truly enjoy. I value reliability and bring a grounded presence to the projects I join, while also contributing creativity, joy, and humor to make collaboration inspiring and fun.

I grew up on a farm and over the years, I gained practical skills working in the forest, building furniture, and creating with my hands.

I have a good sense of humor, love to dance – especially Ecstatic Dance – and I absolutely love being in water: streams, rivers, or the sea. My favorite way to start the day? Jumping into a river or stream to wash off and wake up completely.
