Hey!
I‘m Anna, I‘m 19 years old and I‘m about to start my first trip to Australia at the end of January. I love to spend time with my family and friends, but this time I want to escape out of my usual habits and out of my comfort zone :) I would love to get to know new people and maybe even gain some new friends along my journey, while exploring the country :P
I would really appreciate it if my hosts are willing to show me their everyday life and to give me tips and hints on what to do at my next stop, while providing with a lovely and caring home :D I’ll do my best to support you during my stay and to be a good Workawayer!

One of the main reasons why I want to visit Australia is to get to know it’s lifestyle and to improve my English skills… so I would love to gain more knowledge about English in general and also about the perks of the Australian English :P As I’m German, I would love to teach my host or the people around me some German words or phrases, I’m always happy to help or to give tips!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
As I just finished school half a year ago, I don’t have lots of job experiences, but I worked as a bartender and as a hostess before, which makes me believe one could describe me as quite open-minded and always keen on helping the people around me!
I also did an internship at the hospital and at the psychiatry, which was quite interesting.
I did horse riding until the age of 14 and I love to take care of animals, even if it’s just feeding or grooming them. Apart from that, I used to take care of my grandmothers dogs, while taking care of her flowers and her garden, when she went in vacation.
As my mom is a single parent, I used to take care of my little brother a lot, so I’m happy to help with the house chores, cooking or cleaning.

Well, I love to read, I love music, I love any sort of movies, theatres, operas, musicals… I love to cook, I love to relax at the beach, I love to try out new stuff and to learn new things everyday.
Most of all, I love genuine connections with people all over the world and I would love to create new memories with the help of my hosts! :)
