Hello beautiful souls 🌍
We’re Felicitas & Victor — a German-Mexican couple who love travelling slowly, meeting people and experiencing different ways of living. Our future vision: to build our own little farm stay.
We’re currently travelling together and looking for Workaway experiences where we can contribute our different skills while learning from our hosts and the local community. We make a great team because we bring different strengths: Felicitas loves gardening, animals, cooking and community life, while Victor has a strong background in construction, maintenance, repairs and hands-on projects. We’re both happy to learn, work hard and get our hands dirty.
We’re respectful, responsible, clean and easygoing. We enjoy sharing meals, stories, music and everyday life with the people around us. We value clear communication, mutual respect and creating a good atmosphere in the places we stay.

About Felicitas:
Originally from Germany and on the road for the past three years. I love travelling slowly, connecting with local communities and learning about sustainable ways of living. I’ve already done several Workaways and have experience with gardening, seeding, transplanting, harvesting, animal care and general farm life. I’m hands-on, curious and always happy to learn something new.
Before travelling, I worked with children in different settings, including a foster home, pediatric nursing and a forest kindergarten. I’m caring, adaptable and used to living and working with different people. I love nature, vegan cooking, community living and getting my hands dirty. I’m respectful, clean, reliable and value open and honest communication. I don’t drink or smoke and enjoy a simple lifestyle.
About Victor:
Originally from Mexico and currently living in British Columbia, Canada. I’m an active, hands-on and curious person who loves learning new skills and getting involved in practical projects. I have a background in construction and skilled trades, with experience in plumbing, HVAC, concrete forming, stucco, window installation, maintenance, repairs and general construction. I’m comfortable with tools and enjoy building, fixing, renovating and figuring out how things work.
Outside of work, I love hiking, biking, camping, climbing, salsa, bachata and playing congas. I also enjoy cooking, especially vegetarian and vegan food.
I’m interested in sustainable living, gardening, permaculture, natural building and learning traditional or practical skills from the people I meet along the way. I’m easygoing, respectful, reliable and not afraid of hard work or getting my hands dirty. I love learning from others and being part of a team. -

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
With over twelve years of experience in childcare and a second training as a pediatric nurse in 2016, I bring diverse skills to the table. In addition to my professional work, I volunteer my time engaging with older individuals, whether through walks, games, or conversations.
Cooking has brought me joy ever since I stopped strictly following recipes. I enjoy creating new dishes and have a keen interest in cultural exchange through culinary exploration.
Spending time in the garden is a form of meditation for me. I have experience in gardening (lawnmowing, edge cutting, weeding, planting, transplanting, wood chopping, fire protection, conservation work, plant-nursery etc.) -
