  Holaaaa!
  
  My name is Sandro and I am the manager of a school in Ayacucho! Perú. The school is dedicated to increasing the knowledge of the children of Ayacucho by offering them a quality education based on Christian values!
  
  We are really devoted to our mission and we would like to have volunteers who are willing to help us! I am looking for volunteers who are able to speak English as well as Spanish. We offer free accomodation, including a nice bed in your own room and food everyday! We DO NOT ask for any contribution.
  
  The volunteer will have to work about 5 hours a day starting around 7 h 30 AM until 2 PM from Monday to Friday! He or she will have to teach in different fields such as English and/or other subjects based on your experience.
  
  We do treat our volunteers with respect. We consider them a part of the family and we will do everything possible to make their stay with us as enjoyable as possible!
  
  Finally, Ayacucho and the surrounding areas are really awesome! The weather here is just perfect, the sun shines everyday and there is so much to see! Plus the people are really friendly and if you do speak spanish, it will be really easy for you to meet some nice people!

  Mi nombre es Sandro y soy el administrador de una escuela en Ayacucho! Perú. La escuela se dedica a aumentar el conocimiento de los niños de Ayacucho, ofreciéndoles una educación de calidad basada en los valores cristianos!
  
  Realmente estamos dedicados a nuestra misión y nos gustaría tener voluntarios que estén dispuestos a ayudarnos! Ofrecemos alojamiento gratuito, incluyendo una cama en la habitación, la comida los días lunes a Sabado. Nosotros no pedimos ninguna contribución.
  
  El voluntario tendrá que trabajar 5 horas al día comenzando alrededor de 7:30 AM hasta las 14:00 de lunes a viernes. Él o ella tendrá que enseñar en diferentes campos como Inglés y otros!
  
  Nosotros tratamos a nuestros voluntarios con respeto. Los consideramos como parte de la familia y vamos a hacer todo lo posible para que su estadia sea lo más agradable posible!
  
  Por último, Ayacucho y las áreas alrededor son realmente impresionante! El clima aquí es simplemente perfecto, el sol brilla todos los días y es una ciudad como del pasado, es colonial! Además la gente es muy amable y si lo hace hablar español, será realmente fácil para que conozcas a gente agradable!
  Soy Administrador, dispuesto a compartir, enseñar y de recibir ayuda de otros países en asesoría educativa y empresarial. Cuento con un colegio privado que fomenta la educación formativa basada en valores.

  Peru is in the last place in education and we need a lot of your help, also to inform you that we are a small Christian educational institution, 4 years of educational experience and 21 years of experience of formative education based on principles and values. We have a total of 68 students between initial, primary and secondary. Therefore, volunteering will benefit from the new knowledge that we share, that is, the relationship of values-based education with integral health and the application of ICTs in educational teaching. Likewise, a cultural exchange will be achieved with the experience in a place of Christian, historical, prehistoric tradition, you will see the features of the Inka culture, Spanish Catholic, you will enjoy the Andean landscapes and animals, the culture, the pampa of quinoa, the Inka fortress of Vilcashuaman, traditional festivals, among others.
  
  Perú esta en el último lugar en educación y necesitamos mucho de su ayuda, asimismo comunicarles que somos una institución educativa pequeña cristiana, 4 años de experiencia educativa y 21 años de experiencia de educación formativa basada en principios y valores. Contamos un total de 68 alumnos entre inicial, primaria y secundaria. Por lo tanto, el voluntariado se beneficiará de los nuevos conocimientos que compartimos, es decir la relación de la educación basada en valores con la Salud integral y la aplicación de las TICs en la enseñanza educativa. Asimismo, se logrará un intercambio cultural con la vivencia en un lugar de tradición cristiana, histórica, prehistorica, verá los rasgos de la cultura Wari, inka, católica española, disfrutará de los paisajes y animales andinos, la cultura Wari, la pampa de la quinua, la fortaleza Inka de Vilcashuaman, fiestas costumbristas, entre otros.

  Aide

  The volunteers will have to help about 5 hours a day from Monday to Friday. The help mostly consists of teaching varying grade levels in your area of specialty (English, math, physical education, art, French, music etc. ) and preparing your lessons. However the kitchen requires some assistance on occasion, especially during the lunch period. On rare occasions the task of updating this workaway profile and responding to volunteers may be requested.
  
  We are looking for three teachers to teach multiple grade levels in the following areas: english, mathematics, and physical education. It is required that the volunteer is able to speak English as well as Spanish. Preferably the teacher would be a health conscious person, who does not drink alcohol nor smoke. Ayacucho is about 8 hours from Lima, the capital of Peru, by bus and about 45 minutes by flight. Ayacucho is famous for its 33 colonial churches and mansions. It´s considered to have the best weather in Peru, with sunny days almost all year.
  
  Necesito docentes o maestros de nivel inicial, primaria y secundaria con nuevas experiencias y con valores de preferencia, que no tomen, no fumen, de hábitos adecuados o saludables. Ayacucho esta a 8 horas en bus de la capital del Perú - Lima, en vuelo a 45 minutos. Mas conocida como la ciudad de las 33 iglesias coloniales y casonas coloniales. Es considerado el mejor clima en Perú, casi todo el año hay sol.
