It was truly a pleasure to get a snapshot into the vibrant business and home belonging to Jessie and Max! Not only was I given my own mini woodwork project (sanding and varnishing log gallery stands), but I was welcomed immediately as one of the family and felt so comfortable from the get go. The wonderful coincedence of being in Invermere during

There is also an amazing crew, made by skilled (and sometimes a bit crazy) woodworkers, all with the same attitude to explain how stuffs work and above all always ready to have fun. They like to try new techniques and different ways to build stuffs so I never get bored and I learned a lot!
Work wasn't to hard and at the end of the day we spent time together watching hockey games and chatting. Sometimes I play some very nice game with the kids: I can't forget the cake-game, I wasn't a very lucky player but we had a lot of fun, especially Charlie :)
In my day off I explore the surroundings, it's an amazing area and Max and Jessie advice me where to go and what to do. They also bring me to some place in the area, was really funny! They were full of attention and they really take care of me, making me feel like home.
I was really sad to go away, I had such great time with you guys, I will miss you and I would like to see how shop's construction is going, but unfortunately I didn't have anymore time.
Thank you Max and Jessie, hope to see you again, maybe in Italy too!Vous pouvez seulement contacter les workawayers avec une adhésion active.
