We are looking for a single person to volunteer for the month in beautiful Bocas del Toro. Our guesthouse has been welcoming travelers since 2015, offering a peaceful and friendly atmosphere where everyone quickly feels at home.
The most important qualities are:

* Being handy around the house is a plus! We love when people come in with exciting ideas for projects

Life here follows the calm rhythm of the islands — simple, warm, and full of good energy. The environment is laid-back and perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy tropical vibes while giving a hand around the house.
We look forward to welcoming you to our little corner of paradise. Whether you come to help, learn, or simply enjoy the magic of Bocas, your stay will be filled with great memories, meaningful moments, and maybe even a few coconuts 🥥😉

Looking for Rad human beings who can help with DIY and building projects around the house. Possibly building small furniture/shelving/painting projects, etc. Some of your responsibilities would include:
Assisting guests, keeping the space clean and inviting, laundry, being proactive & being a good communicator!
We’re looking for positive, dynamic people who speak English (Spanish is a great plus) 😊

Workawayers are welcome to stay in the house, in a private space with a shared bathroom.
The rooms are equipped with double beds for extra comfort.
🍽️ Breakfast ingredients are provided. You prepare your meals and provide your groceries for lunch/dinner. There is a staff kitchen and refrigerator. Meals are not included on days off.
🛏️ Sleeping arrangements
You’ll be staying in a small mezzanine space — simple, clean, cozy, and comfortable.
The indoor toilet is shared, and the shower is located on a beautiful terrace with a stunning view over the bay — the perfect way to start (or end) your day in the tropics 🌿🌊

The ideal candidate would be someone who takes takes their job seriously and someone who we can really rely on. On your time off you can enjoy exploring the island. Taxis into town are very affordable ($1-$2) and the island is easy to navigate by bike or by walking. You can also enjoy tours to the other islands, snorkeling, surf, swimming, yoga. Bocas is a wonderful vibrant town that has a lot to offer!
