***URGENT UPDATE*** LOOKING FOR HELP FROM June 22***OUR MALE DORM IS FULL UNTIL THE END OF JUNE***
We help university students and private sector employees with socializing and learning about different cultures. There are classes, chit chat times, social activities, cultural interaction days and outdoor activities. We have 2 permanent teachers for beginner levels and an Educational Program Coordinator to plan the weekly class topics.

The members of our organization are mostly made up of Turkish people, so you can be more in touch with the local culture.

Aide
We want to host volunteers between the ages of 20-40 with advanced or native English skills.
Help is needed in multiple areas such as holding English speaking circles, making conversation during chit chat times, coming up with activities to encourage socialization, introducing different cultures to our members and leading outdoor activities.
The schedule of our speaking club is 25 hours a week on average. There are 2 branches, and 1 of the branches requires some commute time. We will be paying for this commute.

Hébergement
We have a 3 bedroom house where you will share your room with 1 or 2 other volunteer.
The kitchen and bathroom are common, including a laundry machine.
Both the house and the speaking club are close to the main metro line.
We provide weekly allowance for grocery shopping.

She was always very responsible and punctual about the duties, she understood the assignment and acted on it proactively ✨️ We would love to host her for a longer period of time anytime she wants to come back. I spontaneously chose to do this Workaway and could not have had a better experience. Cansu was very accommodating and welcoming. I really enjoyed meeting the other volunteers and the apartment was very comfortable. My favourite part was meeting the students who were all so eager to learn. Ethan spent a month at our English Speaking Club, and we didn't want him to leave! His energy level never drops and the members of our English Club loved his sessions.
