Weeding and odd easy jobs around the house.
Nice clean room that's a 15-minute walk into town, and bus stops 5 mins away.
We are a small family with an eight-year-old son. My wife works from home, and I'm a gallery technician/artist. The property is a 15-minute walk to the CBD, but close to the hills for nice walks. The room is cosy and warm. The house is on a residential street that backs onto a river.

We speak English, go for walks and MTB rides. We are a 15 min walk from the CBD and a bus stop is 5 mins walk.
Flexi working hours are an option. We want 4 hours of conscientious work each day or 20 hours per week (max of 8 hours per day) Notice we are not asking for 5 hours per day :)
If we see a terrible drop in productivity over more than 2 days you will be given a day's notice to leave irrelevant to what we have previously agreed.
Apart from that it's a nice house close to everything.

Unfortunately I didn’t get to spend too much time with Rueben, Sarah and Zander as I was housesitting when they were away.
From the short time that we spent together I can just say that they are amazing people, they made me feel welcome right away and they were so sweet consoling me when my grandpa passed.

Had such a lovely time staying with Sarah, Rueben and Zander, the room was great, super comfy bed and really cozy atmosphere.
