Welcome!
Some years ago we bought this beautiful land, in the Gredos mountains. We have a project to create a center for workshops and meditation, personal development, where people can connect with nature.
So those of us who are living there practice meditations daily.
We have two times in the year with a lot of work and we offer for volunteers to stay helping in a natural environment:
The first from June to July helping with maintenance and bio construction.
The second from September to November in pelmacultural proyect harvestting a fig field and drying them in the traditional way.
You can enjoy free time taking baths in the natural pools that are 10 minutes away on foot, or doing a mountain route.
On the farm you can be calm, making music, art or simply contemplating nature among many other things. The farm it’s free from drugs and alcohol, Artistic activities are more than welcome!

Hace algunos años compramos esta hermosa tierra, junto a las sierras de Gredos, entre las montañas. Tenemos un proyecto para crear un centro de talleres y meditación, desarrollo personal, donde la gente pueda conectar con la naturaleza.
Así que los que estamos allí viviendo practicamos meditaciones diariamente.
Tenemos dos épocas al año de mucho trabajo.
La primera desde Mayo a Julio haciendo trabajos de mantenimiento, bioconstruccion y campo.
La segunda de septiembre a noviembre ayudando en la recogida y secado de higos de la forma tradicional.
El tiempo libre podemos disfrutarlo tomando baños en las piscinas naturales que se encuentran a 10 minutos a pie, o haciendo alguna ruta de montaña.
En la finca puedes estar tranquilo, haciendo música, arte o simplemente contemplando la naturaleza entre otras muchas cosas.La finca es una zona libre de drogas y Alcohol. Actividades artísticas son más que bienvenidas

Es un lugar privilegiado, rodeado de montañas y ríos. La naturaleza en los alrededores invita a descansar y disfrutar al cien por cien de la conexión con el medio ambiente, las personas y los productos de la zona.
También puedes aprender sobre la naturaleza y la historia del valle, bioconstruccion, cuidados de huertos de manera natural, música, arte, y muchas cosas más!

Hébergement
we have a cool stone cabin for meditation and several tents in the shade of an oak forest. Also the cool mud building is available at hottest hours for resting.
We offer 3 meals at a day. Lunch cooking rotates between all the eaters.
