  Description

  Our place is a haven of peace and connection, located on the charming Praia da Riba – a paradise for nature and outdoor sports lovers. Set along a lush coastline, our space is surrounded by trails, native vegetation, and vibrant nature, offering the perfect environment for rest, contemplation, and renewal.
  
  Here, the values of community, respect, and affection for nature form the pillars that support our essence. Our purpose is to offer a healing and welcoming space where each person can feel good, present, and connected with themselves and the world around them, whether they’re looking to relax, explore, or simply live in the moment.
  
  It is more than just a place to stay – it’s a natural sanctuary on the Brazilian coast.
  The property, with eight individual vacation rental houses known as the Pousada, is nestled in a harmonious environment.
  Besides holiday accommodation, and depending on the season, we also host musical events, celebrations, and retreats such as yoga and plant medicine work. Guests find simplicity, connection, and inspiration here.
  
  The main team consists of three people: Débora, T'oma, and Jorge. We are looking for assistance with maintenance tasks around the property.
  
  Débora is the Pousada’s resident psychologist, specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychedelic integration to help guests process their experiences. She also supports estate management, ensuring a welcoming and nurturing space for healing and personal growth. She is Brazilian and speaks Portuguese, English, and Chinese.
  
  T'oma serves as a key facilitator at the Pousada, offering complementary therapy, psychedelic facilitation, and spiritual interpretation to support guests on their healing and self-discovery journeys. Additionally, he oversees the care of the estate, ensuring a harmonious and well-maintained environment for all who visit. He is German and speaks German and English.
  
  Jorge specializes in greenhouse gas emissions; he works in carbon emission reductions and climate risk adaptation. At the Pousada, he helps with estate management, administration, and sustainability initiatives. He is Chilean and speaks Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
  
  Depending on the season, we have other local people who help us with cleaning, gardening, electricity, and other tasks on a part-time basis.

  We’re right by the beach, and we can show you the beautiful landscapes around. Imbituba is a great place to learn and practice surfing. Depending on the time of year you come, we can go swimming at the beach or in natural pools hidden in the forest. We can go hiking too, or even watch whales from the shore when they pass by in the winter season.
  
  We love sharing travel experiences. Our team is international and has traveled around the world. Here, you can connect with musicians, sports teachers and practitioners, cook together with us (we love cooking), talk, and learn new languages.

  Aide

  It depends on the time you’re willing to come. We need help with gardening, taking care of the surrounding vegetation, painting walls during the off-season, fixing fences, and housekeeping.
  
  There’s something important you should know: we’re on a little hill, so moving around the property means going up and down quite a bit.
  
  All of these tasks are things we’re already doing, and we’ll share the work depending on the day, the weather, and the team’s availability. We’ll help you with everything, teach you what you need to know, and be there to support you.
  
  We’ll also be happy to spend time with you, whenever possible, to show you the beautiful landscapes around our town.

  We can offer you a room with a bed and will do our best to make you feel comfortable. Depending on availability and the number of people helping or visiting, this might be in our house or in one of the rental houses.
  
  We like to cook and share meals together so there’s time to talk and exchange experiences. We encourage you to share your dishes with us, and we’ll gladly do the same for you. :)
