  Me, my father, my 2 young kids, my dog, and the costa del sol - southern Spain. If you are responsible but fun, understand the chaos of family, enjoy the sunshine and can help me keep me keep on top of stuff, then read on…
  I’m 45, a single Dad to 2 kids aged 7 and 5. My Dad is 76 and has dementia but he’s still very engaged and functioning. We live in a split house (Dad has upstairs house, me and kids downstairs house) in Nerja, southern Spain. I share time with my kids with my ex wife who lives in the same town. The kids are with me every afternoon and one or two nights at the weekends.
  My Dad needs help around the house. But the most important thing is company. Not constant, but contact throughout the day. A cup of tea and a chat. Make a sandwich. Walk the dog. Take him out for a coffee or a beer (car provided).
  He can be left alone for a few hours no problem, so you can choose to spend the time as you please.
  And of course the normal household chores.
  You will have your own room in the upstairs apartment (with my Dad) and access to the whole house. Mi casa su casa! Food/grocery budget also provided.

  Nerja is a beautiful Andalucian town, surrounded by Mountains and villages. Although there is a strong expat community, the town still has a great deal of tradition and culture. Food and enjoying the outdoors is a way of life here.
