  Description

  At our family-owned hostel, we pride ourselves on cultivating a vibrant social environment to enrich our guests’ travel experiences. With nightly group activities, we aim to foster a sense of familial connection. We’re currently seeking 2-3 friendly, organized and approachable volunteers to contribute to our relaxed atmosphere. Our traveller guests, aged 18-35, appreciate our laid back and sociable reputation (we’re not a party hostel!). If you genuinely enjoy meeting individuals from diverse backgrounds and find fulfillment in providing outstanding traveller experience, we’d love to welcome you to our team, 2 hosts, 2 housekeeping, 2 kitchen, 2 reception.

  • Free air-conditioned dorm accomodation.
  • Free scooter throughout your stay.

  • Create engaging social media content on TikTok and Instagram to grow our customer base.
  • Engage with guests at breakfast/family dinner to create a friendly atmosphere.
  • Assist with organising family dinner preorders and transport.
  • Responsible for advising guests on our activities, group chat and customised travel guide.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with external partners.
  • Actively support our values and property rules.
  • Provide support and bring the energy on the Saturday pub crawl and boat excursion (up to 2x a week).
  • Flexible working hours, approximately 20-25 hours a week, to allow you to enjoy and explore the island on your scooter.

  As a valued Workaway volunteer, we offer you a cozy and comfortable dormitory-style accommodation, right within the heart of our family farm hostel.
