  We are two artists. We are located ten minutes by foot from the Whanganui city centre overlooking the beuatiful river.Guests have a separate entry to a beautiful accomodation with stunning views over the city and the mighty river te awa tupua, who has become an entity with human rights.
  From the our house you can see Mount Taranaki on a clear day. The beach is five kilometeres from here and offeres some good surf. The Whanganui CBD can be reached via the elevator and city bridge within ten minutes. Whanganui is famous for is arts and music scene.

  We can connect you with the local art and music scene, show you the beautiful te awa tupua ( Whanganui River) valley. Take you to the Sarjeant art gallery and connect you with the local whanau that are happy to share the rich Maori culture with you.
  The local Pūtiki Pā is located on the Whanganui River only 2000 meteres from us.

  Hébergement

  Guests have a separate entry to a beautiful accomodation with stunning views over the city and the mighty river te awa tupua,who has become an entity with human rights.
  You can use our kitchen and laundry and enjoy the stunning views from the back deck.
  
  While you are staying with us we will cook for you. We have also can provide you with ingredients and stipend for you to make your own meals. We are both vegetarians but eat seafood. There is always muesli, milk, oat milk and fuit for breakfast.

  The beach is five kilometers from here and offers some good surf.
  Busses drive there every 20 minutes.The Whanganui CBD can be reached by foot via the elevator and city bridge within ten minutes. We can pick you up from the airport or transit hub. You can go on a steam paddle boat cruise on the river or take a kajak tour.
  There are music clubs, one dance club and a hang out called Porridge Watson that has live music most of the time.
