  Description

  We are now looking for a couple to work full-time for 3 months, mid-Dec through mid-March.
  . The positions will both be full-time.
  
  We are a Japanese/Australian couple who need help during the winter. Myoko Kogen is famous for its powder snow and so the main attraction is skiing/boarding from December through March.
  
  We have both worked in tourism for many years and as such, we enjoy meeting (and look forward to hosting) self-motivated, positive, and respectful travellers and hearing of their travels and experiences. We have a young daughter and we're situated in a quiet neighbourhood so not suitable for those who are looking to enjoy nightlife, etc.,.
  
  We need help with chores such as cleaning and possibly babysitting (any childcare experience would be valuable). Any Japanese language ability would be favourable but not absolutely necessary.

  Staying with us in Myoko Kogen will give you the opportunity to learn about Japanese culture, language and cuisine. For skiers and snowboarders, it is a powder paradise with huge snowfalls each winter.
  
  We speak English and Japanese at home and so there is the opportunity to learn a bit of Japanese (cooking as well as language) and our town/region attracts people from all over the world in winter who come in search of that powder snow!

  Aide

  We are looking for those who can make a 3-month commitment (mid-December through mid-March).
  
  Due to recent developments, we are currently only looking for a couple interested in paid, full-time work. The positions will include free board (private room for 2) and breakfast.
  
  We are looking for a couple who are engaged, dynamic, open-minded, responsible, communicative, tidy and honest. Work will include general maintenance, help around the house, snow clearing and perhaps babysitting (if experienced).
  
  We need help with seasonal chores and possibly babysitting (any childcare experience would be valuable). Any Japanese language ability would be favourable but not absolutely necessary. At least 1 applicant must have an International Driver's Permit.
